Why now
Enforcement is months away. Remediation takes 6–9.
Most mid-market enterprises have 200–1,000 employees and no dedicated privacy engineering team. Global GRC suites cost too much for them, and a one-time consulting spreadsheet goes out of date with the next schema migration. When the Data Protection Board makes an inquiry, assertions will not be enough. Only verifiable evidence will.
How it works
Five governed stages.
A contracted agent handles each stage. Human authority gates every change before it runs, and each stage is sealed into the audit chain.
Discover
Finds personal data across databases, cloud storage and SaaS. It uses guided walkthroughs first, then read-only connectors.
Classify
Classifies each field by DPDPA type: identity, financial, health, children's or biometric. Low-confidence fields go to a person for review.
Assess
Scores your posture against 46 versioned DPDPA controls, weights the statutory exposure and checks Significant Data Fiduciary thresholds.
Plan
Produces typed fixes with a blast-radius limit, a readable dry-run diff and a validated rollback. It has no write access.
Approve & seal
You sign a scope-bound approval, and only then does Karya execute. The result is reconciled against what you approved and sealed as evidence.
The agent roster
A contracted digital workforce.
Each agent has a strict contract, a ceiling on how much autonomy it has, declared tool scopes and explicit conditions for escalating to a person. Only one agent can make changes, and it acts only on your approval.
Agents propose, humans approve
Six safety rules. You cannot turn them off.
The architecture enforces these rules, not a policy document. Even if a prompt is manipulated, an agent cannot bypass the approval gate, change the ledger or shorten the evidence retention period.
An approval for every action
No change runs without a signed, scope-bound, single-use human approval. It is validated per action, never per batch.
Dry-run and readable diff first
An action can't be approved until a dry-run has produced a before-and-after diff that a person can read.
Rollback planned in advance
Every change carries a validated rollback plan, created when the fix is planned rather than improvised mid-incident.
Append-only, hash-chained ledger
Every action is recorded, whether it is a read or a write and whether an agent or a person took it. Nothing can be edited or deleted.
The planner cannot change anything
The agent that plans a fix holds no write access. Proposing a fix and executing it are kept separate.
Blast-radius caps and a kill switch
Hard limits apply before and during execution. One click stops every active agent run.
Inside the workbench
The proof stands on its own.
Give the exported evidence pack and the hash-chained ledger to your statutory auditor or the Data Protection Board. Each statement links back to sealed evidence.
Ways to engage

vDPO retainer
Founder-delivered and backed by AI. It covers monthly posture reports, DSAR fulfilment, breach-readiness reviews and continuous regulatory watch.
Remediation project
Typed plans, dry-run diffs and validated rollbacks, with execution only after you approve. Priced per action.
Scope boundary: Axiom Proof produces verifiable compliance artifacts, technical remediation and statutory evidence packs. It does not give formal legal opinions, and it works alongside your General Counsel or external law firm.
Questions CISOs and DPOs ask
Can an agent change my systems without approval?
No. Only one agent can execute changes, and only with a signed, scope-bound approval that is valid for that single action. The planning agent has no write access, and every change needs a dry-run diff and a validated rollback first.
Where does our data live?
On a cloud platform in the India region. The free gap-scan doesn't need live connectors at all, and your answers stay on the page.
How is this different from a consent-banner tool or a GRC suite?
Banner tools cover notice and consent only. GRC suites stop at raising tickets. Axiom Proof covers the whole cycle: discovery, assessment, gated technical remediation and tamper-evident proof.
Does it replace our lawyers?
No. It produces evidence and executes remediation. Legal opinions stay with your counsel.
